What is Biotin

Biotin (B7 or Vitamin H) is a water-soluble vitamin that our body needs to help convert certain nutrients into energy. It also plays an important role in the health of our hair, skin & nails. Biotin is a catalyst & necessary component for cellular processes such as cell growth, metabolism, etc. Biotin deficiency leads to hair loss.
